| Abstract | : | Many mobile phones have been popular and many functions are implemented on them.
Because they have also got both e-mail and browser of Internet, they have been considered as
computer I/O devices. In fact many systems combined with them are developed and are used in many
companies. We research how to educate technical skills in order to develop a server system
distributing Web information to mobile phones. This system gets the disaster-related information
from River Information System of Kagoshima Prefecture every 10 minutes, and builds a database in
the server. Though there are some mobile phone companies, we select NTT DoCoMo which is the top
company. After a mobile phone accesses the web page of the server, the disaster-related information
is displayed as the graphic chart on it. |
