In order to resume speedy normal electricity services, it is neccessary to predict accurately the damage which will be caused by typhoons. This paper presents a method for predicting the typhoon damage to power systems by using neural networks, RBF and GA, which is counted the concentration of a group. The weather forecast for the approaching typhoon makes it possible to predict the degree of damage to disconnection for lines, breakage poles, and inclination poles. 内容記述 | Kagoshima suffers from typhoons which often damage power systems and cut off electricity.
