| 内容記述 | The promotion of producing bamboo shoots is tackled to revitalize rural village and take measures against neglected bamboo forests in all parts of the country. Kagoshima prefecture, the largest bamboo forests area and the second largest bamboo shoot production in Japan, is actively promoting production area production. However, the decline of producers and the lack of pillars is the major issue. This study investigated the current status of production, the producer’s trend, and efforts for cultivating pillars and considered the problem for securing pillars. As a result, bamboo shoot production was supported with the old generation, and I found out that there is also no production per 1 person in a downward trend. Therefore I have the good prospects also to secure a bearer in the today when aging is developed enough, for it, effective use of the producer education lecture and the owner system is expected. Dietary education and natural experience education to the children who can be the future bearer are also leading to a trigger of production and maintenance of demand. | |||||
