本研究の目的は、「がん患者の治療と就労の両立」に対する支援の実践内容、ならびに困難であった両立支援の内容を、これまでに発行された文献をレビューしたうえで抽出し、今後のがん患者の治療と就労の両立における支援の一助とすることであった。検索源は、医学中央雑誌Web 版Ver. 5において、キーワードを「がん」「治療」「就労」とした。これらの、文献検索の結果に対し、さらに原著論文と看護論文を条件に加えた。病院の看護職・企業の看護職において共通していた両立支援の実践内容は【情報提供】【相談対応】であり、困難であった実践内容で共通していた項目は【連携不足】【情報不足】【プライバシーへの配慮】【経済的問題への介入】【疾患・治療の見通しの不確かさ】が挙げられていた。がん患者の両立支援において、看護職は、他機関との連携の下で患者の意向を汲み取りアドボケートする役割があると考えられる。 |

In Japan, the morbidity rate of cancer is 65.5% in male, 50.2% in female as of 2021. Regardless of gender, one half of Japanese is afflicted the cancers. Because the younger age (c.f. 15 years old ? 60 years old) is afflicted the cancers, the patients who treat their cancer with working is increasing. On the basis of this background, we aimed to clarify the contents and difficulty of balance support between working and treatment. The research source was used in Ichu-Shi web ver.5. The research keywords were “Cancer”, “Treatment”, “Working”; and we added the condition as “Original Article” and “Nursing Article”. The common practices of balancing support among nurses in hospitals and nurses in companies were “provision of information” and “consultation”. On the other hand, the common practices that were difficult were “lack of coordination”, “lack of information”, “consideration for privacy”, “intervention for economic problems” and “uncertainty of the outlook of disease and treatment. In balancing support for cancer patients, nurses are considered to have a role in understanding and advocating patients’ intentions in collaboration with other organizations and specialists. |
