看護師の放射線に関わる職場への勤務の希望について、働きたくないと回答した理由の記載を分析し、その理由に関係する要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。2013年８月にA病院に勤務する前看護師677人を対象に質問紙調査を実施し、395人の有効回答を得、働きたくない理由の記載があったのは126人であった。記載を質的に内容分析した結果、12のサブカテゴリーより４つのカテゴリー、「興味・関心がない」「被ばくへの不安・回避」「経験・知識不足」「妊娠に関して」が抽出された。放射線に対す思いや反応としては、職場に対する直接的な理由が多くみられ、職業被ばくに対する問題や、放射線に対する知識不足などがあった。放射線診療では、過剰に放射線を恐れることが無いように、合理的な放射線安全を実現しなければならない。また看護実践に役立つ放射線防護の考え方と技術について知識を獲得するための継続的な放射線教育が必要であることが示唆された。 |

The purpose of this paper was to analyze nurses' descriptions of why they did not want to work at radiation treatment facilities and to analyze the factors related to those reasons. In August 2 3 a questionnaire survey was administered to all 677 nurses working at hospital ""A"" and the valid responses of 3 nurses were obtained. 7 ap participants gave written descriptions of why they did not want to work at radiation treatment facilities. A qualitative content analysis of the descriptions was conducted and the following four categories, ""there is no interest,"" ""anxiety and avoidance of the exposure,"" ""experience and lack of knowledge,"" and ""with respect to pregnancy"" were extracted from 7 2 subcategories. Many of the descriptions of reactions and thoughts concerning radiation were directly related to the workplace, such as the problems of occupational exposure and lack of knowledge concerning radiation. In radiation treatment reasonable radiation safety measures must be implemented in order to minimize the fear of excessive radiation exposure. Also, we suggested that the continuation of radiation education is important in order to acquire knowledge about the concepts and technology of radiation protection so that nursing practice can be helped. |
