| 内容記述 | 我々は、様々な対象者に対してストレスに関わる摂食関連物質や、酸化ストレス関連物質を評価した。その結果、健常群と比較して、やせ群や肥満群では摂食関連物質は変動がみられたが、肥満群では自律神経に変動は見られなかった。また酸化関連物質としては、d-ROMsが癌などの疾患群や肥満群では有意に高いが、抗酸化作用を示すBAPでは前者は有意に低く、後者は有意に高い状態であった。ストレスに関わる簡敏な検査を行い、フィードバックすることで予防医学に貢献できる可能性がある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We recruited a variety of people who were evaluated the appetite stimulated peptides related to the stress, and the materials related to the oxidative stress. As a result of peptides related to the appetite, there were a few significant changes between the thin group and the obesity group. However there were no significant changes of autonomics between the obesity and the control. As for oxidative stress, d-ROMs of the cancer group and the obesity group were significantly higher than those of the controls. But the anti-oxidative BAP changed significantly lower in the cancer group, and significantly higher in obesity group than those of control. These results suggested that the feedback system of the simple and quick tests related to the stress may contribute to prevent some diseases. | |||||
