| 内容記述 | 介護職者は利用者の生活の場で利用者の生きる意欲を引き出し、個々の自立に向けて多面的な生活支援を行っている。しかし、介護職員・訪問介護員の離職率は、他業種の離職率に比べ高い状態が継続している。今回、ホームヘルパーの自己評価と仕事の意欲との関係を明らかにすることを目的とし、ホームヘルパーを対象に自記式質問用紙を用いて調査を実施した。自己評価と仕事の意欲の各項目の関連を見た結果、自己評価の基本的態度の項目と仕事の意欲の向上志向の項目間において有意な関係を示した項目が比較的多く見られた。特に仕事の意欲を示す向上志向の項目の仕事の現状を変化させたいと自己評価の基本的な態度の項目に関連性を示し、意向を汲み取ることが出来るとする自己評価と仕事の意欲との関連性は認められなかった。これらの結果を踏まえ、コミュニケーション技術をスキルアップすることは仕事の意欲を強くする要因の一つであり、また、様々な利用者に対し援助過程を実践し経験値を増やすことが仕事の意欲に繋がっていると考えられた。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Care workers help each patient discover their will to live at a given life stage, giving multi-faceted support aimed at individual self-reliance. However, the turnover rate of nursing staff and home helpers continues to be higher than that of other professions. We carried out a self-administered survey of home helpers, with the intended goal of shining light on the relationship between self-assessment and the desire to work in home helpers. Looking at the results on the relationship between self-assessment and the desire to work, we observed, in a relatively large number of points, a significant relationship between points in the basic manner of self-assessment and points related to intended improvement in the desire to work. In particular, the desire to change the current conditions at work, among intended improvement points showing the desire to work, and points of the basic manner of self-assessment indicated a relationship. We were unable to identify a connection between the desire to work and a self-assessment that takes into account intentions. Based on these results, improving communication skills is one factor involved in increasing the desire to work. We also believe that implementing various assistance processes and the followed increase in experience is tied to the desire to work. | |||||||||||||
