生活保護世帯に対する教育支援ネットワーク形成に関する実証的研究 Empirical research of educational suport system and public assistance 1000050631892 農中, 至 ノウナカ, イタル Nounaka, Itaru open access 教育支援 生活保護 社会教育 公民館 田川市議会 全国鉱業市町村連合会 2012-2013年度科学研究費助成事業（研究活動スタート支援）研究成果報告書　課題番号：24830064　研究代表者：農中至（鹿児島大学・教育学部・講師） 本研究では、生活保護世帯に対する教育的な支援ネットワークがいかに形成されてきたのかを歴史的な視点から考察し、現代的な問題状況も視野に入れながら教育支援ネットワークを可能とする条件はなにかについて明らかにしてきた。その結果、旧産炭地・筑豊地域である田川市では、1950年代後半の田川市議会において、生活困窮者の生活や労働、住居に関する問題と世帯児童・生徒の義務教育費負担の問題を精力的に議論していたこと、広域的な自治体行政ネットワークを構成することで、問題状況が日本国内で広範に認識可能となるような仕組み作りもおこなっていたことが明らかとなった。ミクロな実践活動の分析は今後の課題とされた。 The purpose of this study was to consider the history of educational support system for househoilds receiving public assistance.
