脳卒中患者の感覚障害に対する末梢神経刺激、中枢神経刺激併用の集中的治療 Intensive therapy of peripheral and central nerve stimulation for stroke patients with sensory disturbance 1000070295244 衛藤, 誠二 ETO, Seiji open access 片麻痺 脳卒中 リハビリテーション 低周波 経頭蓋磁気刺激 2008-2010年度科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C))研究成果報告書 課題番号：20500451　研究代表者：衛藤誠二 (鹿児島大学医学部・歯学部附属病院講師) 脳卒中片麻痺患者の感覚障害に対して、麻痺側上肢への低周波刺激や非障害側運動野への反復経頭蓋磁気刺激を行うことで、振動覚閾値の改善を認めた。また視床病変による異常知覚、中枢性疼痛を呈する症例で、障害側運動野への反復経頭蓋磁気刺激や障害側下肢への振動刺激が症状の緩和に有効であった。末梢神経、中枢神経への刺激が感覚障害、異常知覚の改善を促すことが示唆された。 The vibration sense threshold was decreased after the low-frequency electrical stimulation to paretic upper limb or repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) to unaffected motor cortex in stroke patients with sensory disturbance. Visual analogue scale was improved after rTMS to affected motor cortex in stroke patients with thalamic pain.
