在宅福祉サービスの実施開始判断の手法化に関する研究 A Study on the Methodizing of Judging on Carrying Out the Welfare Service in the Home 友清, 貴和 TOMOKIYO, Takakazu 山下, 剛 YAMASHITA, Go 369 The purpose of this study is to develop a method for carrying out welfare services in the home. We wish to establish a criterion for deciding whether the municipality can carry out welfare services in the home or not. In this study, we analyzed six principal services because many municipalities provide them, and analytic subject is 96 municipalities in Kagoshima. We analyzed a situation in which the municipality began to carry out services objectively in seven indexes with the regression line and the correlation coefficient, and we can deduce by using this method the rationale these municipalities use. We can conclude what index is the most influential in providing welfare services in the home. Next, we analyzed whether the municipalities which do not provide these services have similar circumstances. Because we think if these municipalities have a similar situation, they can begin to provide the service. As a result, we can suggest how to judge whether a municipality should provide welfare services in the home or not.
