These microcapsules were coated with the synthesized lipids of dialkyldimetyl ammonium bromide (2C_nN^+2C_1Br^- (n=14,16,18), 2C_12N^+COH Br^-). Control release and temperature dependence of NaCl from the microcapsules were investigated. The following results were obtained. 1) The release rate of a core material from microcapsules could be controlled by coating surfactants at the surface of microcapsules. 2) The permeability coefficient of NaCl from coated microcapsules drastically changed near the phase transition temperature. 3) The release rate of a core material decreased with increase of the quantity of surfactants but that little influenced by the alkyl chain length of lipids.}, pages = {49--56}, title = {合成脂質を利用した機能性マイクロカプセルの調製}, volume = {34}, year = {1992} }
