農地や農業施設の湛水被害がたびたび報告されており, 従来の排水基準の見直しが求められている｡ 排水計画の策定には, 合理式におけるピーク流出係数や洪水到達時間のパラメータが必要不可欠である｡ 本研究では, これらの基礎資料を提示するために, 鹿児島県の代表的な２つの畑地帯における流出特性について, 現地観測に基づいて検討した｡ 対象とした試験圃場は, それぞれしらす台地(表層は黒ぼく) および国頭礫層の畑地帯にあり, 流量測定には米国農務省が提案しているHフリュームを用いた｡ まず, 使用したフリュームの検定を行い, h－Q曲線を決定した｡ さらに, 実際の降雨に対する流出特性について解析を行い, 異なる土壌条件でのピーク流出係数には大きな差異がみられたことから,
