As a fundamental study of the distillation separation of palmitic acid and oleic acid (high content components) in the waste lipids, in the present work, the equilibria of these components were measured in the wide range of liquid composition. Finally, it is evident that this system can be treated as an ideal solution, showing the following equilibrium relation y=¥frac{αx}{1+(α-1)x} where x and y are palmitic acid mole fractions in liquid and vapor, respectively, and α is relative volatility 2.026.}, pages = {67--70}, title = {パルミチン酸・オレイン酸系の気液平衡}, volume = {37}, year = {1995} }
