The main carotenoid in both red sea bream\nand prawn was astaxanthin and its amounts were conspicuously different between\nwild and cultured animals.\nIn order to improve the red color of red sea bream, a feeding experiment of\nspheroidenone producing bacteria and sea mussel was performed.
