コウミンカン"}]},"item_7_biblio_info_5":{"attribute_name":"収録雑誌名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicPageEnd":"169","bibliographicPageStart":"143","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"5","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鹿児島大学稲盛アカデミー研究紀要"}]}]},"item_7_date_6":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-03-31"}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本の公民館は、戦後の敗戦のなかで、新しい地域づくりのために、住民学習運動の支えによって生まれた。その住民の学習運動は、生活や文化に根ざした形で発展した。このような住民の学習と公民館は、コミュニティラーニングセンター、地域共同学習センターなどと呼ばれて、現在、世界の発展途上国で拡がっている。1985年のユネスコ国際成人会議の学習権宣言にあるように、学習権は、生存にとって不可欠な手段であるということから発展途上国に公民館の運動が拡がっているのである。本論は、ベトナム北部紅河デルタ地帯のナムディン地方を事例にしながら、新しい自然生態系を大切にした持続可能性をもった生活、文化的にも豊かな村づくりと公民館の学習運動を取り扱うものである。ナムディン地方の文化は、多様性を認め合いながら、地域の共同性が強く、独立精神が旺盛な特徴をもっている。ベトナムの紅河デルタ地方では、自然生態系に依存した食と健康の自給自足生活を伝統的に続けてきた。VAC運動は、このベトナム北部の伝統的生活を現代に再評価して、市場経済に対応した新しいむらづくりをすすめている。ベトナム政府は、2020年までに工業国を目標にしているが、この経済発展戦略のなかで、農村に暮らしていても豊かな生活と文化を保障される新農村建設を2010年度からはじめている。この新農村建設においては、住民自身が地域発展をめざして学習していくことが大切とされ、地域共同学習センターを全土に組織していった。本論では、その典型の自立していこうとする地域づくり運動をナムディンに探りあてて実証した。ベトナムでは、豊かさを獲得していくために、学習することを教えている。それは、自立の力を養っていくことである。現代では、日本の町村にあたる社という行政の末端に、共同学習センターをつくり、地縁組織を基盤に新農村建設運動を展開しているのである。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"カンダ,
