To improve leadership and training skills, two research associates of the division of nursing accompanied the students' group to Korea. The roles of faculty members in the overseas training program are diverse, such as consulting with CAU about the exchange program, supporting students during the program, and conducting briefing sessions after the student exchange program. By taking on these roles, faculty members have the opportunity to improve their language skills and have a flexible understanding of nursing from an international perspective. Thus, student overseas training program is truly significant not only for students but also for faculty members as a way of improving the ability to respond to globalization. Future directions for the constructive continuation of student overseas training are as follows: securing funding, establishing a guideline for student overseas training, and creating an organizational structure for management of international exchange based on the organizational effort of the division of nursing at Kagoshima University.}, pages = {73--81}, title = {学生海外研修における大学教員の役割と今後の課題}, volume = {26}, year = {2016} }
