(2) The following equation is obtained experimentally : S=S_{0}e^{-kV} where, S is the area of the net projected on a plane perpendicular to the current, S_{0} is that area when the current velocity is zero, and V is the current velocity. (3) Using S and 1/2ρV^{2}, the coefficient C_Ρ for various types of nets has been obtained by applying the dimensional analysis to the horizontal component of the force Ρ to the sand-bag rope. (4) It has been found out that when the sinker is detached from the bottom there is a hydrodynamical force acting upwards, and the net shows a wing-like character.
