Such volatile constituents were found differ with the kinds of algae.\nThe aroma-giving components of algae are benzaldehyde, valeraldehyde, 5-methylfurfural, furfural, furfuryl alcohol, geraniol, d-limonene, α-pinene and the characteristic\nodor of the algae was found to be amine fraction, lower fatty acids, methanethiol, and phenol fraction.","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"When the middle segments of the earthworm, cut for 2 cm from the body of about 8 cm in length, fixed on the hooks of the recorder, were dipped in a Ringer solution, the muscle\nregistered normal cycles of contraction. Different oscillations were drawn by the shrinking\nmuscle under the inffuence of several volatile fractions added at various concentrations of\na Ringer solution. Of these fractions, carbonyl and terpene, as dilute as 0.0001%, had strong\ncontractive effect, while dimethylsulfide and fatty acid fractions did not seem to react against\nEisenia feotida.","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Pharmacological action on Ascaris suilla was tested by the U-tube method. Test sample\nwas usually made into 1:5,000 dilution and one ascaris (Ascaris suilla) was added to every\n200 cc of the solution in the U-tube kept at 30°-33°C. Among the volatile constituents from\nUlva pertusa, Enteromorpha sp., Sargassum sp., and Digenia simplex, fatty acid fraction depressed the locomotion of the ascaris,\nespecially in higher fatty acids. The neutral fraction\nshowed a curling effect on the ascaris and this action was proved to contain linalool by thin\nlayer chromatography and gas chromatography and the pure specimen of linalool showed\nthe same action. Aldehyde fraction also elicited the same effect, the fraction contained furfural and 5-methylfurfural, but the pure specimen of these compounds had only a week\naction.","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"The volatile constituents were separated into a lower fatty acid, higher fatty acid, carbonyl and terpene fraction. The antibacterial action of these fractions were determined on\nthe bases of turbidity and plate culture observation. These fractions all showed antibacterial\naction against Micrococcus Pyogenes var. auraus 209p and Esherichia coli in 2,000-3,000 dilution.\nThe biochemical significance of the compounds which are obtained as volatile constituents\nis discussed. Alanine was synthesised from acrylic acid and ammonia solution in the laboratory. It should be noted that acrylic acid which has been detected in algae by gas chromatography technique, may be derived to alanine by algae in the\nprocess of assimilating nitrate or nitrite.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"カタヤマ, テルヒサ"}]}]},"item_7_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"別言語の著者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"KATAYAMA, Teruhisa"}]}]},"item_7_publisher_23":{"attribute_name":"公開者・出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"鹿児島大学"}]},"item_7_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0453087X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_7_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"NII書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00040498","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_7_subject_15":{"attribute_name":"NDC","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"660","subitem_subject_scheme":"NDC"}]},"item_7_text_24":{"attribute_name":"公開者よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"カゴシマ ダイガク"}]},"item_7_text_25":{"attribute_name":"公開者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Kagoshima University"}]},"item_7_version_type_14":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"片山, 輝久"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2016-10-31"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"AN00040498_v13_p58-72.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"5.4 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"AN00040498_v13_p58-72.pdf","url":"https://ir.kagoshima-u.ac.jp/record/12868/files/AN00040498_v13_p58-72.pdf"},"version_id":"8729476b-b777-4cf1-b161-62ee9255a943"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"海藻の揮発成分に関する化学的研究 XX : 海藻の揮発成分の薬理作用並びにacrylic acidの生化学的存在意義","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"海藻の揮発成分に関する化学的研究 XX : 海藻の揮発成分の薬理作用並びにacrylic acidの生化学的存在意義"}]},"item_type_id":"7","owner":"3","path":["40","4844"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2015-06-24"},"publish_date":"2015-06-24","publish_status":"0","recid":"12868","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["海藻の揮発成分に関する化学的研究 XX : 海藻の揮発成分の薬理作用並びにacrylic acidの生化学的存在意義"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":3},"updated":"2024-01-30T05:44:31.034843+00:00"}
