Twelve healthy young students participated in 50 minutes basketball game and 120 minutes resting without cooling-down exercise or 90 minutes resting with 30 minutes cooling-down exercise. When these subjects took 120 minutes rest alone, blood lactate decreased gradually, but urinary bicarbonate and pH began to increase extensively during resting period. When cooling down exercise was introduced immediately after ball-game exercise, blood lactate decreased rapidly to normal levels within 30 minutes, and no increase of urinary bicarbonate and urine pH was observed for resting period. Such drastic changes could be explained by the facts that cooling-down exercise enhanced both the oxidative metabolism of lactate and the respiratory rate, resulting in quick discharge of CO2 into expired air, and finally causing the reduced discharge of bicarbonate into the urine. Without cooling-down exercise, intracellular pH of the circulating erythrocytes was postulated to be acidified, possibly causing cyanosis of peripheral tissues during resting period, which may be caused by the increase Bohr effects in erythrocytes.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_publisher_23":{"attribute_name":"公開者・出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"鹿児島大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"Kagoshima University","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_7_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"03896692","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_7_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"NII書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00408518","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_7_subject_15":{"attribute_name":"NDC","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"491","subitem_subject_scheme":"NDC"}]},"item_7_version_type_14":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"MORIGUCHI, Tetsushi","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"森口, 哲史","creatorNameLang":"ja"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"65204","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"ICHIMURA, Shiro","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"市村, 志朗","creatorNameLang":"ja"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"65205","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"ADACHI, Kiyoshi","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"友田, 燁夫","creatorNameLang":"ja"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"65206","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"TOMODA, Akio","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"65207","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2016-10-31"}],"displaytype":"detail","fileDate":[{"fileDateType":"Issued","fileDateValue":"2013-03-12"}],"filename":"AN00408518_v64_p57-66.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.0 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"AN00408518_v64_p57-66.pdf","objectType":"fulltext","url":"https://ir.kagoshima-u.ac.jp/record/13074/files/AN00408518_v64_p57-66.pdf"},"version_id":"bb03a93f-307e-4b87-b83d-8d8492b6f0fa"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Cooling-down exercise","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Urinary bicarbonate","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Urine pH","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Bohr-effects","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Cooling-down Causes Rapid Consumption of Blood Lactate and No Increase of Urinary Bicarbonate","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Cooling-down Causes Rapid Consumption of Blood Lactate and No Increase of Urinary Bicarbonate","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"7","owner":"29","path":["42","5044"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2014-12-22"},"publish_date":"2014-12-22","publish_status":"0","recid":"13074","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Cooling-down Causes Rapid Consumption of Blood Lactate and No Increase of Urinary Bicarbonate"],"weko_creator_id":"29","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2024-12-16T07:08:49.377339+00:00"}
