 note = {本研究は、国内外における過去５年間の放射線診療・治療における看護ケアに関する研究論文を概観し、今後の課題を明らかにすることである。本研究の目的に合った82件の文献について内容を分析した。結果、放射線治療における有害反応に対する看護ケアの研究が多かった。これらの研究の中では、看護ケアの評価のための様々な方法が用いられていた。看護研究の現状と課題が明らかになった。, The purpose of this study was to review previous research from the past five years and to deveiop a framework for nursing care for patients who undergo that use radiation therapy. 
In addition, the review was used to clarify future research issues. 
82 studies matched our research purpose and were analyzed using content analysis. 
There were many studies of nursing care related to adverse reactions to radiation therapy. 
Among these studies there were various methods for evaluation of nursing care. 
The current status and problems of nursing research have been clarified.},
