At the same time, we contributed to the promotion of distance learning for isolated islands, high school/university partnerships, and lifelong learning.  By implementing this project, we promoted \"specialist educational reform\", and contributed to achieving the missions of the engineering field, such as \"training people who can contribute to society\" and \"training highly specialized professionals who can work on a global level\".
