Early germlings were then trasferred to the aquarium containing seawater at temperature of 20°C under the irradiance of 2,000 lux, and photoperiod of 12:12 hrs LD for 90 days,prior to outplanting in the sea. Early leaf formation ,wherein young germlings produced one or two primary-branched leaves within 60 days of culture.
