興奮重視のプログラム設計とシンクロナイズド回路\n５．むすび","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"介護費の抑制は，国の重要政策の１つである。これまでの二次予防事業の失敗をふまえて，国は2017年からフレイルな（虚弱な）高齢者を対象に，内容的に衣替えした総合事業を全国いっせいにスタートさせた。今後，施策が抱える数々の困難については，始まったばかりの鹿児島市の運営実情から予測できる。とはいえ，本当に重大な問題は政策コンセプトの性格と，背後の発想にある。本稿の目的はいくつかの理論の助けを借りて，その両面を吟味し代替プログラムの設計を目ざすことにある。総合事業の検討から代替プログラムの提案までの行程に，行動経済学のセイラ―たちによる「ナッジ」と，カイヨワが説く「気晴らし」の遊びが同伴する。総合事業の弱点を克服する手掛かりの１つは，現状維持バイアスに固執する人々が，態度変更する仕掛けを組み込む「ナッジ」型のアイデアである。そして，もう１つ手がかりは，気晴らしを求めてまじめな日常から自発的に離脱し，興奮して遊びに熱中する現象に着目するカイヨワの説である。本稿では競技スポーツとしての実球打ちの運動を採り入れて，身体機能の向上とグループの同期による興奮をともに具現する事業プログラムを設計する。その予防活動の「場」は，複雑系の理論から見てフレイルな高齢者に参加意欲を喚起させる作動条件を満たしている。またプログラムの組み立てに際しては，実球打ちの身体反応として発せられる信号とバーチャルリアリティ技術が生みだす信号を併用する点に，本稿のシステム設計の要諦がある。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"ヤマダ,
