 note = {我々は，2015年から「地域での暮らしを最期まで支える人材養成―離島・へき地をフィールドとした教育プログラム―」を行っている。本研究は，履修生の臨床現場での看護実践に本教育プログラムがどのような効果をもたらしたかを分析し，本教育プログラムの有用性を検討する。アドバンスコースを履修している急性期病院に勤務する看護師１名を対象に，実習終了後のレポートとe ポートフォリオからデータを抽出し分析した。その結果，対象が独自な背景を有する「生活者」であること，看護師の倫理的感性が密接に関係していること，看護実践を振り返り自己洞察することの重要性について学んでいた。以上より，本教育プログラムは，地域での暮らしを最期まで支える看護職に必要な能力を発展させていく上で有用であることが示唆された。, We have been providing intervention for remote islands and areas based on an education program for human resource development to support all residents’ community lives since 2015.The present study aimed to analyze the effects of th  above-mentioned education program on students’ nursing practice in clinical settings to examine its usefulness. The subject was a nurse of an acute care hospital who had taken the advanced course. Data were extracted from her report submitted following training and her e-portfolio and analyzed. The nurse learned that “care recipients living in the above-mentioned areas” have a unique background and that nursing care provided by nurses is closely associated with their ethical sensitivities, as well as the importance of reviewing their nursing practice and self-insight. The results of the study suggest that the education program is useful for nurses to develop skills required to support people who wish to continue to lead a community-based life.},
