Based on the reports submitted by 38 students who completed an adult nursing training course and subsequently a training course at a home-care nursing station, they were divided into two groups (II→I Group and I→II Group) depending on the areas they received training in. Then, learning-related descriptions were extracted from their reports, and categorized based on similarity in meaning. As a result, four common categories were identified in both Groups, including ?perspective of supporting the patient’s living?, ?importance of care-taking by the patient’s family?, ?importance of supporting decision-making?, and ?basic perspectives in home-care nursing?, while ?importance of having a perspective of community-based integrated care? was identified only in II→I Group, and ?importance of inter-professional work (IPW)? was identified only in I→II Group. In both Groups, the number of labels are the largest for ?perspective of supporting the patient’s living?. From these facts, the students are considered to have successfully acquired the perspectives that they were expected to acquire through the home-care nursing training course.
