{"created":"2023-07-25T08:13:51.769121+00:00","id":14773,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"48334b27-8b16-46c9-aaca-26026ba5049f"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"14773","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"14773"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:ir.kagoshima-u.ac.jp:00014773","sets":["228:5899:5901","31:5903:5904"]},"author_link":["133921","133922"],"item_7_biblio_info_5":{"attribute_name":"収録雑誌名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2019-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"52","bibliographicPageStart":"43","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鹿児島大学総合教育機構紀要 ","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_7_date_6":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2019-03","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年大学では、他者と協働しながら学習を行う授業形態が増えてきている。ところが高校までに他者とチームを組み、協働しながら学習成果を上げる経験を持って大学に入学する者は多くはない。高校時代に教員主導の授業を受身的に受講してきた学生らにとって、大学入学後の協調学習型授業に円滑に適応することは容易ではないであろう。そして学生らがそれらに円滑に適応し学習成果を上げるためには、的確な学習支援が必要となると考えられる。そこで本研究では、高い学習成果を上げる学生チームの特徴を検討することで、協調学習を支える学習支援のあり方に関わる理論的示唆を得ることを目的とする。本研究で検討するのは、高い学習成果を上げる学生チームに属する学生個人が、(1)過去の能動的な学習経験をどの程度持ち、(2)授業に対してどの程度の意欲を維持しながら、(3)自身の活動をどのように進めているか、またそれらの成果として、(4)どのような知識や能力を個人として獲得しているか、である。\n本研究では、2018年度に鹿児島大学で開講された初年次必修科目「初年次セミナーⅠ」の受講生65名(14チーム)を対象とした質問紙調査を行った。本科目は、5名程度を一組とする学部混成チームで現代社会が抱える問題を発見し、その解決策を考えてプレゼンテーションを行うよう設計されたものである。学生らは15回の授業を通してプレゼンテーションに必要な知識や能力を習得し、授業終盤には最終プレゼンテーションと題した成果発表が求められた。本研究では、学生チームが生み出す成果として本科目の「最終プレゼンテーションの成果得点」に着目し、この得点を規定する要因を明らかにするために、本科目最終講義終了後に質問紙調査を行った。調査項目として、チームに所属する個人の(1)高校までの能動的学習の経験度、(2)目標の明確度、(3)本科目における学習意欲、(4)授業課題への取組状況、(5)経験から学習する習慣、(6)本科目を通して獲得した能力とその獲得度を問う尺度項目を採り入れた。\n調査の結果、受講生の過去の能動的学習経験の多寡とチームによる学習成果の間には関連はみられなかった。また、チームによる学習成果の水準に関わらず、受講生は授業に取り組む意欲や、大学生活から卒業後にかけた目標を持っていることが示された。チームの学習成果には、メンバー個人の過去の経験や現在の意欲、将来の目標による直接的な影響はないことが示唆された。\nまた、チームによる学習成果が高いチームでは、メンバー個人が普段の宿題に取り組む傾向があり、自身の活動のプロセスを振り返る習慣も定着させていることが明らかとなった。メンバー個人のこれらの習慣がチームの学習成果を規定する要因の一つであることがうかがえる。\nさらに、チームによる学習成果が高いチームに所属する個人は、自己発信力を獲得していることが明らかとなった。チーム学習の良否が、個人の自己発信力の獲得度に大きく関わる可能性があると言える。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"The number of university classes incorporating team learning has been increasing. However, only a few students experience learning with others and increasing their learning outcomes together as a team before entering the university. Often, students who passively attend classes in high school find it difficult to adapt to classes that are based on team collaborative learning. This study aims to acquire theoretical suggestions for supporting students’ team learning efforts by examining the traits of student teams that result in high learning outcomes. Questionnaires were distributed among 65 students belonging to 14 teams of Freshman Seminar. The results showed that the members of student teams exhibiting high team learning outcomes tend to engage in their homework and reflect on the process of their activities. Further, the members of the students’ teams exhibiting high team learning outcomes were found to improve their skills of conveying opinions.
