{"created":"2023-07-25T08:14:09.054482+00:00","id":15113,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"7b2228b3-2a85-4cb7-b4ca-4241322f3289"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"15113","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"15113"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:ir.kagoshima-u.ac.jp:00015113","sets":["228:268:5956","43:49:56"]},"author_link":["135494","135495","135496","135497","135498","135499","135500","135501"],"item_7_biblio_info_5":{"attribute_name":"収録雑誌名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2020-03-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"9","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"41","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鹿児島大学農学部農場研究報告","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the Experimental Farm Faculty of Agriculture,Kagoshima University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_date_6":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2020-03-25","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"附属農場学内農事部において，実習教育の質の向上や鹿児島県の花き農家および花き産業への貢献を目的に，鹿児島大学オリジナルのトルコギキョウ品種の作出を目標と定めた．そこで，2018年度より，オリジナル品種作出の基準として，観賞園芸学研究室が育成した系統の中から，有望な系統を選抜するための調査を開始した．本調査では，2018年度に研究室が育成したOlympicシリーズ（以下OLYと記す）の58系統を対象とし，市販品種と栽培比較を行った．調査は，大別して，初期生育および生育特性ならびに切り花品質について行った．\n生育特性については，高温ロゼット性とチップバーン（葉先枯れ症）や花首の曲がりといった生理障害の発生に着目した．その結果，OLYの58系統のうち，ロゼット化を示した系統はなく，定植後すべての株が抽苔を開始した．一方，一部の系統では，チップバーンや花首の曲がりが発生した．ただし，生育特性については，作型の違いやその年の気象条件にも大きく左右されると考えられるため，今回の栽培における調査結果を基準に，次期の栽培においても引き続き調査していく必要がある．\n切り花品調査においては，花色・花形による分類と収穫期および切り花長について着目し，①花色・花形の形質固定系統の選抜，②早晩性および切り花長の確保を基準とした系統選抜を行った．その結果，OLYの58系統のうち，花色・花形が固定されていると思われる系統は33系統であった．それらの系統のうち，早晩性について，‘ボレロホワイト’と比較して開花日の差が±5日以内の系統，かつ，切り花長について，90㎝以上が確保できる系統を選抜の基準とし，両基準を満たす系統は，10系統であった．今後は，その他の選抜要件として，秀品率（出荷率）や花持ち（日持ち性）等にも着目すべきと考えられる．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"For the purpose of producing the ‘Symbolized Kagoshima University’ original cultivars of Eustoma grandiflorum, we started survey to select the trusting species among the lines and accessions bred by Ornamental Horticulture Laboratory. This survey compared and investigated the quality of growth and cut flowers between the 58 F1 lines of Olympic (abbreviated as OLY) series of Kagoshima University and the commercial F1 from the market.\nAmong OLY lines, no rosette was found to form after transplanting, however, the tip-burn and bending of flower stalks were observed in some lines.\nThe flower colors and shapes (single or double) of the 33 OLY lines were observed to be immobilized. Furthermore, the 10 OLY lines were found to have the mean values of anthesis within 5 days difference as well as the cut flower lengths with over 90cm long in comparison with the commercial F1 ‘Bolero White’. Based on these results, we report the selection of the trusting species leading to a breeding system targeting creation of the ‘Symbolized Kagoshima University’ original
