Kagoshima","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_6_date_6":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2017-05-29","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_6_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"鹿児島県本土は，日本本土に広く生息する陸産貝類種の南限となっている例が多く，薩摩地方・\n大隅地方・霧島地方を数多くの種が分布の南限としている．近年，鹿児島県本土において陸産貝類相の調査が行われているが，薩摩半島南部に位置する南九州市での調査では未調査地域が多く，陸産貝類相を明らかにするには不十分であった．そこで本研究では先行研究よりも調査地点数を増やし，より詳細な陸産貝類相を明らかにすることを目的とした．\n2016 年2 月から11 月にかけて，南九州市・指宿市の7 地域31 地点で調査を行った．採集には見つけ取りまたは土壌サンプルをふるいにかける手法を用い，採集した陸産貝類は必要な処理を行った後，同定，保存した．調査結果から各地域の多様度および類似度を求め，類似度からクラスター分析を行った．\n調査の結果，13 科27 属35 種，合計1328 個体の陸産貝類が採集された．7 地域全てで出現した種は7 種，6 地域で出現した種は4 種であった．1 地域でのみ出現した種は4 種であり，そのうち2 種は1 個体しか採集されなかった．最も多くの種が採集された地域は南九州市（中央部）と指宿市の21 種であり，最も種数が少なかったのは南九州市（南西部）の16 種であった．\n多くの種が採集された地点は，いずれも神社の社寺林，畑や民家近くの植林地といった人の手が加わっている地点であった．また，各地域の多様度指数を見ると，海岸付近は低く，内陸かつ山地と市街地が接しているような地域で高かった．地域間の類似度はすべて0.5 以上であり，陸産貝類相に大きな違いは見られなかったが，最も類似度が低かったのがB 地域（山地周辺）とF 地域（海岸付近）間であったことは，環境が異なるほど類似度が低くなることを示唆している．類似度デンドログラムは，明瞭な2 つのクラスターに分割された．2 つのクラスターはそれぞれ薩摩半島内陸部の山地周辺と，海岸や農地周辺の地域に対応しており，それぞれの地域の広域的な環境に対応した陸産貝類相が形成されていると考えられる．今後はさらに調査範囲を絞り，より詳細に陸産貝類相と微環境との関係を調査すると共に，広域的な環境との関連性も明らかにする必要がある．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_6_publisher_23":{"attribute_name":"公開者・出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"鹿児島県自然環境保全協会
