","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_6_date_6":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2020-05-31","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_6_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"鹿児島県喜入町の愛宕川河口の干潟には，メヒルギ，ハマボウからなるマングローブ林が広がっており，干潟表面にはアマオブネガイ科に属するヒメカノコ（Clithon oualaniensis）が生息している．ヒメカノコは房総半島以南の河口泥上に生息しており，球形で表面は平滑で光沢があり，黄褐色の地色に縦縞と三角形の鱗模様がある．菊池（2001）によってヒメカノコが1 年生であるということが発見されたが，その生態の詳細はまだ明らかにされていない．本研究ではヒメカノコの交尾行動におけるサイズの相関はあるのかを明らかにすることを主要な目的とした．\n調査は愛宕川河口の支流にある干潟で毎月１回大潮または中潮の日の干潮時に行なった．2010年12 月から2011 年12 月の期間において，25 ×25 のコドラートをマングローブ林の入口と奥とでそれぞれランダムに4 カ所設置し，出現個体数を記録した．またヒメカノコの殻長を0.1 mm 単位で測定した．さらに2011 年の6 月から8 月の期間において，交尾行動をしている個体を50 ペアランダムに採取し，上側の個体と下側の個体に分けて，各個体の殻長を0.1 mm 単位で測定した．マングローブ林の入口では8 月までは5 mm 以上の個体が多く観察されたのに対し，9 月頃から3mm 前後の観察される個体の割合が増加したことから9 月に新規参入が起こったと考えられる．マングローブ林奥では年間通してグラフの形に大きな変化が見られず目立った新規加入も観察されなかった．また交尾行動をしている個体数を50 ×50 のコドラートを用いて範囲内にいる全ての交尾行動をしている個体数を測定したところ，6 月が23 ペア，7 月が13 ペア，8 月が10 ペアであった．各月とも交尾行動に弱い相関が見られ，このことからヒメカノコはサイズ同類交配を行なっていると考えられ，雄か雌のどちらかに配偶者選択行動があると考えられる．さらに，今回の研究において，6 月から8 月にかけて白い卵塊のようなものが観察されたが，これがヒメカノコのものかは今回の研究では特定できなかった．しかし，菊池（2001）によると，ヒメカノコが2 mm 程度の大きさに成長するのに3–4 ヶ月かかるとされ，本研究においても交尾行動が6 月頃から本格的に観察され始め，9 月頃から2 mm
