 note = {2019年度大学の世界展開力強化事業として，学生６名と教員２名が韓国の中央大学校赤十字看護大学へ派遣された。学生は派遣テーマの①ルーラルナーシング，②グローバルリーダーシップ，③異文化理解に関し，考察することができていた。本稿では，その成果について報告する。, As part of a project launched by Kagoshima University in 2019 entitled “Inter-University Exchange Project”, six students and two faculty members were dispatched to the Red Cross College of Nursing, Chung-Ang University in South Korea. Though this overseas training aimed to strengthen an understanding of nursing across cultures, the students were able to gain insights into the following issues : i) Rural nursing, ii) Global leadership, and iii) Understanding of different cultures. The present paper reports on the detailed outcomes of achievements concerning these issues.},
