{"created":"2023-07-25T08:14:38.428164+00:00","id":15737,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"6cec86c2-1758-41d7-9e9d-cdf99a07e13f"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"15737","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"15737"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:ir.kagoshima-u.ac.jp:00015737","sets":["228:5899:6004","31:5903:5904"]},"author_link":["138860","138861","138862"],"item_7_biblio_info_5":{"attribute_name":"収録雑誌名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2021-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"134","bibliographicPageStart":"127","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"4","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鹿児島大学総合教育機構紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_7_date_6":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2021-03","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"精神看護の現場で働く看護師は、中途採用者が多く、入職時点で幅広い年齢及び経験年数の人材で構成されている。これは、一般の病院とは様相がかなり異なるもので、精神看護の現場の特徴の一つになっている。一般病院では新人看護師の教育の一環として一律の研修プログラムが実施されている。同様に、精神科看護師に対しても一律の研修プログラムは行われている。しかしながら、多様な背景を持つ精神科看護師で構成される現場では、一律の研修は一般病院ほどの効果は期待できないものと予想される。精神看護の現場は看護師育成という点で大きな課題を有しているのである。\nしかし、こうした状況下においても、高い能力を獲得していく精神科看護師が存在することが経験的に知られている。一部の精神科看護師に対してなぜこうしたことが起きるのか。ひとつ考えられる理由としては、職場学習の効果があるであろう。職場学習は、その職場を構成するメンバー全てに個別的な学習の場を提供する。精神看護という多様性のある職場において、能力を高めていく一部の精神科看護師には職場学習による個別学習がうまく機能しているのではないかということが推測される。看護師は、現場の患者対応において様々な学習の刺激を受ける。精神看護の現場でも同様である。成長していく精神科看護師は、患者対応で受けた刺激を、職場スタッフの多様な支援によって自己の成長を促す学習につなげているのではないかと考えられる。\n本研究は、わが国の精神科病院として平均的なサイズのA 病院を調査対象としたものである。精神看護の現場における職場スタッフを5つのタイプの他者にカテゴリー化し、それらの他者からどういった支援を精神科看護師が受けているかを質問紙によって調査し、職場での他者からの支援の構造を明らかにした。さらに先行研究を踏まえ精神科看護師の能力分類を行い、抽出した能力がどういった他者からの支援に支えられ向上しているのかを重回帰分析により調べた。その結果、特定の能力が特定の支援によって向上していることがわかった。この結果は、成長する精神科看護師における学びの構造を明らかにするものである。しかしながら、結果についての説明力が弱く、本研究における学習モデルは不十分であることもわかった。この結果は、精神科看護の現場における学びの構造についてさらなる研究の必要性を示唆している。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Most of the nurses working at psychiatric hospitals are hired mid-career. They are of various ages and differ in years of experience at the time they enter the workplace. This is a special feature that is very different from a general hospital. In general hospitals, a uniform training program is executed as part of the training for new nurses. Psychiatric hospitals also have a uniform training program for psychiatric nurses. However, uniform training in psychiatric hospitals is not expected to be as effective as in general hospitals because psychiatric nurses have diverse backgrounds. Psychiatric hospitals have a big problem when training nurses.\nHowever, despite this kind of situation, some psychiatric nurses acquire high competency. One of the reasons why some psychiatric nurses acquire high competency is the effect of workplace learning. Workplace learning provides a place for individual learning for all members of the workplace. Individual learning through workplace learning is assumed to be effective for some psychiatric nurses who develop their competencies. Nurses receive various learning stimuli when caring for patients. Psychiatric nurses are also the same. Psychiatric nurses may learn for their development through various forms of support from the workplace staff, using the stimuli acquired from caring for patients.\nThis study focused on nurses working at A hospital, which size is that of the average\npsychiatric hospital in Japan. This study examined, through questionnaires, the kind of support psychiatric nurses receive from workplace staff. This study also examined the kind of support provided by workplace staff in developing psychiatric nurses’ competencies through regression analysis.\nThe results showed that psychiatric nurses’ competency is developed by their support from the staff and has revealed the contracture of psychic nurses’ learning. However, the interpretability of all the results was weak, and the learning model in this study lacked efficacy.
