We utilized Ichushi -Web to search for the keywords “pediatric cancer,” “nursing,” and “disease notification,” and subsequently analyzed 21 papers from 1991 to 2018. The results of the analysis revealed that in comparison with pediatric patients who had received a notification, pediatric patients who had not received it tended to feel anxious. Moreover, there were many opportunities for pediatric patients to learn the name of the disease from the people in their network. Parents reported being worried that their children would be anxious, regardless of notification. Moreover, health care practitioners felt it was difficult to deal with pediatric patients who had not received a notification. It was suggested that nurses need to be capable of noticing even the slightest changes in the child and family, the ability to assess future prospects based on the presence or absence of notification and the coordination of opinions between the child and family.}, pages = {35--45}, title = {小児がんの病名告知に対する患児・親・医療者の気持ちと体験の文献検討 : 告知の有無に焦点をあてて}, volume = {31}, year = {2021} }
