In recent years, there has been a need to systematically promote the internship with higher educational effectiveness. On the other hand, issues regarding the establishment of standard model for internship under various forms and purposes, and the lack of research on the educational effects of internship are indicated.\nThis study aims to clarify the requirements for an educationally effective internship by assuming the determinants and quantitatively analyzing their relationship with educational effectiveness.
