 note = {我々は、2015年10月から2019年３月までの５年間、離島・へき地をフィールドとした地域での暮らしを最期まで支える看護職の育成に取り組んだ。本研究では、この育成プログラムの一環として実施した、島嶼における看護学実習による学生９名のレポートを質的帰納的に分析し、意味の類似性を基にカテゴリ化を行い、島嶼をフィールドとした実習の有用性を検討した。その結果、学生は、【離島の保健医療福祉における条件の不利性】【自身の既有の知識や体験では測れない対象の生活への理解と尊重】【地域全体で支える連携・協働の重要性】【患者と「ひとりの人間として関わる」重要性】【対象を「生活者として捉える」視点の重要性】【対象の「生きる」を伴走する支援の大切さ】【看護職としてのアイデンティティの再考】を学んでいた。つまり、学生は、対象の暮らしを最期まで支えるために必要とされている能力について学んでおり、教育フィールドとしての島嶼の有用性が示唆された。, For five years from October 2015 to March 2019, we worked to develop nurses who would support living in remote islands and remote areas until the end. In this study, we analyzed the reports of 9 students from nursing practice in islands conducted as part of this training program qualitatively and inductively,　categorized them based on the similarity of meaning, and made the islands a field. We examined the usefulness of the training. As a result, students [disadvantages of conditions in health care and welfare on remote islands] [understanding and respect for the lives of objects that cannot be measured by their own existing knowledge and experience] [importance of cooperation and collaboration supported by the entire region] Gender] [Importance of “relationship with the patient as a human being”][Importance of the viewpoint of “taking the object as a consumer”] [Importance of support that accompanies the object’s “living”] [Identity as a nurse] Rethinking] was learning. In other words, the students were learning about the abilities needed to support the subject’s life to the end, suggesting the usefulness of the islands as an educational field.},
