 note = {［目的］本研究では、臨床経験のある看護師のリフレクション時の気づきを分析し、プロセスレコードを用いたリフレクションの意義を検討した。［方法］臨床経験のある看護師1名を対象にリフレクションの過程で対象が発した言葉を質的帰納的に分析した。［結果］４つのカテゴリ【看護のプロセスを想起、リフレクションすることへの苦手感】【医療者主体に偏った支援】【自己の対人認知への課題】【プロセスレコードによる振り返りで気づいた自己の特徴と認識の変化】が抽出された。［結論］1. 臨床で働くうちに半ば無意識のうちに進行してきた看護者としての規範の内面化という過程を意識化する契機になり得る。2. 看護者としての自己の成長と同時に、看護実践を医療者主体から患者（生活者）主体へと軌道修正をもたらし、看護実践能力の発展を促す可能性がある。3. 自身の看護実践と看護者としての自己についての自己点検、自己評価、自己修正の好機となり得る。, PURPOSE: To clarify the significance of reflection using process records, a clinical nurse’s realizations during reflection were analyzed. METHODS: The statements of 1 nurse with clinical experience during reflection were qualitatively and inductively analyzed. RESULTS: Four categories, [a sense of difficulty in recalling and　reflecting on one’s nursing process], [healthcare professional-centered, one-sided support], [one’s interpersonal perception-related challenges], and [realizations about one’s own characteristics and changes in self-perception after reflection using process records], were identified. CONCLUSION: 1) promoting awareness of the normal internalization process one has been semi-consciously proceeding with; 2) helping correct the course by shifting from healthcare professional　centered to patient (resident)-centered nursing practice, while promoting self-growth as part of nursing; and 3) providing a good opportunity for nurses to inspect, evaluate, and correct themselves as a nurse.},
