METHODS: The statements of 1 nurse with clinical experience during reflection were qualitatively and inductively analyzed. RESULTS: Four categories, [a sense of difficulty in recalling and　reflecting on one’s nursing process], [healthcare professional-centered, one-sided support], [one’s interpersonal perception-related challenges], and [realizations about one’s own characteristics and changes in self-perception after reflection using process records], were identified.
