 note = {鹿児島大学病院看護部は看護研究支援システムにおいて、鹿児島大学医学部保健学科と連携し、教員による研究支援を取り入れている。令和元年度から令和２年度において、これらの研究支援の取り組みに対する看護職員の利用のニーズは高く、利用した看護職員は研究活動の困難さを低減でき、継続的に研究ができていた。看護職員にとって、研究お助けサロンや支援システムの利用、看護研究研修の開催は、研究を進めるうえでの「気づき・学び」を促すことにつながり、疑問解決へと導く糸口をつかめる関わり・支援の場となっていることが示された。看護職員が時間的余裕をもって質の高い研究ができるよう、引き続き、教員の支援を含めた看護研究支援システムを充実させていくことが重要である。, The Department of Nursing at Kagoshima University Hospital has been collaborating with the School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Kagoshima University, on a nursing research support system. University faculty members have provided support and cooperation with nursing research throughout the process. The present study found a high demand for research support among nursing staff from FY 2019?20. However, the support system reduced the difficulty of research activities and enabled the nurses to conduct their research efficiently. Additionally, the research aid salon and the support system provided involvement and assistance to the nurses, which promoted their “awareness and learning” to proceed with research and clues that resolved their doubts. It is important to continue to improve the research support system, including the support and cooperation from the teaching staff at the School of Health Sciences, so that the nursing staff can conduct high-quality research with more time to spare.},
