 note = {本研究の目的は、手術室看護師が経験する倫理的問題の具体的な内容を文献から明らかにすることである。医学中央雑誌Web 版で「手術」「看護師」「倫理」をキーワードとして、2018年までに公表された論文を対象とした。分析の結果、手術室看護師が経験する倫理的問題は、【手術室看護師自身が関係するもの】【手術室の環境】【医師が関係するもの】【患者のプライバシー】【手術室看護師と患者との関係性】【医療安全】【患者の身体抑制】の７カテゴリに整理された。手術室看護師が経験する倫理的問題は、個人での取り組みに限界があることが推察された。手術室看護師は、自身が経験した倫理的問題について言語化し他者と共有できるよう努めることが必要である。また、管理者は倫理的な視点から個人のサポートに努めるとともに、話し合えるような職場環境の整備を行い、組織としても対応していくことが重要である。, This study aims to clarify the specific content on the ethical issues experienced by operating room nurses in the literature. We targeted papers published by 2018 with the keywords “surgery,” “nurse,” and “ethics” in the online version of the Central Medical Magazine. The analysis showed that the ethical issues experienced by operating room nurses are divided into seven categories; “doctor-related,” “nurse-related,” “patient-related,” “privacy of the patients,” “physical restraint of the patients,” “medical safety,” and “operating room environment.” It was inferred that the ethical issues experienced by operating room nurses were limited to individual efforts. Operating room nurses need to strive to verbalize and share the ethical issues they experience. Additionally, it is important for managers to support individuals so that these issues can be verbalized from an ethical standpoint, to create a work environment fostering communication, and to respond as an organization.},
