{"created":"2023-07-25T08:15:13.112467+00:00","id":16481,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"fe348e9a-2764-40ac-ad92-2cbe9fccbdfd"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"16481","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"16481"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:ir.kagoshima-u.ac.jp:00016481","sets":["228:5899:6103","31:5903:5904"]},"author_link":["141999","142000","142001"],"item_7_biblio_info_5":{"attribute_name":"収録雑誌名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2023-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"28","bibliographicPageStart":"14","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"6","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鹿児島大学総合教育機構紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_7_date_6":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2023-03","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、大学は地域の知の拠点として、様々な改革が行われてきた。そのひとつが、カリキュラムへの地域教育の導入である。現在、地方大学で地域教育に取り組んでいない大学は皆無であろう。地域教育は、国の地方創生の枠組みの中で捉えられるようになり、大学生の地元就職に寄与すべきものとしての役割も与えられることになった。\n　しかしながら現在の研究によれば、地域教育は、大学生の地元就職に寄与しないことが明らかになっている。いくつかの地方大学における研究によれば、県外から入学してきた大学生に対して一定程度の効果は認められるものの、地域教育は大学生の地元就職にはほぼ結びついていないことが報告されている。\n　地域教育は意義の再考が必要であろう。しかしながら、従来の研究は地域教育が地元就職に寄与していないことを示すのみで、大学生の地元就職決定要因については何も明らかにしていないのが現状である。大学生はどのような理由で地元に就職していくのか、また逆にどういう理由で地元以外に就職していくのであろうか。少なくともこのことを理解した上で地域教育の再考は行うべきであろう。\n　本研究は、大学生の就職地についてその決定過程を詳しく調べるため、地元に就職した学生とそうでない学生など、特徴的な属性を有する15名について調査を行った。調査対象となる15名は同じ地方大学に所属し、そして同じ社会科学系学部に在籍していた。内訳は社会人２年目５名、社会人１年目５名、４年生５名である。性別、地元／非地元就職者を考慮して選んだ。調査時期は、新型コロナウイルスが世界中で猛威を振るっていた。新型コロナウイルスの就職活動への影響をみるため、対象者は新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大前、中、後の時期に就職活動を行った年代を選んだ。調査協力者１人に対し１時間ほど聞き取りを行い、平均10,496文字のテキストを収集した。\n　収集したテキストから、就職地決定の際の重要なエピソードを抽出した。抽出したエピソードの中に地域教育が登場することはなかった。これは、地域教育が地元就職に寄与しないという先行研究を支持する結果である。大学生の就職地決定に影響を与えていたのは他者であり、特に家族の存在であった。これは地元就職だけでなく、地元外への就職者についても同様であった。プライベートな生活あるいは大学生活等で出会った他者が調査協力者の就職地決定において最も影響を与える要因となっていた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Recently, universities have undergone various reforms as regional centers of knowledge, including the introduction of regional education into the curriculum. Currently, most regional universities have incorporated regional education. Additionally, regional education has been considered within the framework of the national government's regional development\nprogram and is expected to aid university students in finding employment in their respective hometowns.\n　However, several studies have reported that regional education does not aid in finding local employment for university students. Additionally, it has limited effect on university students enrolled from outside the prefecture, and it is almost never linked to local employment. However, they have not clarified the factors that determine university students' local\nemployment. Therefore, the significance of regional education should be reconsidered in providing employment within or outside the respective hometowns.\n　Therefore, this study examined the process through which university students determined the location of their jobs by focusing on 15 students with distinctive characteristics, including those who were employed locally and those who were not, using a survey. All the participants belonged to the social science department in the same local university, of which, five were in their second year of work, five in their first year of work, and five in their fourth year of work. They were selected based on factors such as gender and local/non-local employment. At the time of the survey, the coronavirus disease 2019 （Covid-19） was spreading worldwide. Therefore, to determine its impact on employment search, students who had searched for employment before, during, and after the pandemic were selected.\n　Each participant was interviewed for one hour, and an average of 10,496 Japanese letters of text were collected. From the collected texts, important episodes of life that influenced the decision regarding employment place were extracted. Regional education did not appear in any of these episodes. This finding supports the results of previous research that regional education does not aid in finding local employment. The influential factor was other people, especially their family and others they met in their personal or during university life.
