education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　授業研究会のあり方は、子どもの学びの具体に着目し、その事実を基にして教師の教材解釈や指導のあり方を省察する「反省的実践を志向する」ものが有効な手法として評価されるようになって久しいにもかかわらず、学校によっては十分に機能していない実態がみられる。そこで、子どもの学びの姿を基にした授業研究会を日常的に実施し、授業改善を図ってきている協力校（特別支援学校）の授業研究会を対象として、授業者や参加者が教師同士で互いに学び合っている省察場面の内実を談話分析により明らかにし、授業研究会の活性化に向けた今後のあり方を検討した。\n　その結果、授業研究会の内容を構造化する等の工夫により全員が参加できるようにすること、勤務校の授業研究会のスタイルを十分把握し、勤務校の教師文化としての授業に対する視点を形成・共有すること、多様な「実践の表象」を基に、協働で教材解釈や指導・支援の妥当性などの意見交換を行う場面を設定すること、個々の教師のファシリテーション能力の向上に努めることが重要であることが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"コクボ,
