{"created":"2024-02-21T04:42:11.767034+00:00","id":2000143,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"b83a70a6-68e7-47c5-9365-d743e7823152"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"2000143","owner":"18","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2000143"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:ir.kagoshima-u.ac.jp:02000143","sets":["228:5899:1708483639674","31:5903:5904"]},"author_link":["133872"],"item_7_biblio_info_5":{"attribute_name":"収録雑誌名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2024-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"20","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"7","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鹿児島大学総合教育機構紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_7_date_6":{"attribute_name":"作成日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2024-03","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"要約(Abstract)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"大学と地域の関係は大学にとっても地域にとっても重要である。大学が地域人材を育成すること、地域と連携して教育活動を展開すること、延いては組織あるいは機関として地域に貢献することは、大学の新たな役割と表現することができる。このような潮流は10年以上前から始まったものであるが、国の政策としての端緒は文部科学省「地(知)の拠点整備事業(COC 事業)」(2013年度、2014年度)あるいは「地(知)の拠点大学による地方創生推進事業(COC+ 事業)」(2015年度)といえるだろう。\n 他方、大学、特に学士課程(学部段階)において、全学横断的(学部横断的)な教育プログラムが展開されてきている。その背景として、大学が育成すべき人材(学士)に求められる知識や技能が多様化し、ディシプリン(学問領域)に準拠した従来の「学部」を単位とする教育では社会的ニーズに充分に応じられない状況があると指摘できる。このような現状認識を背景に誕生したのが全学横断的教育プログラムである。\n 以上のような趨勢において、「地域志向教育」が多くの大学で全学横断的に展開されることとなった。それらはCOC/COC+ での取り組みや経験を継承するものといえる。だが、ここで1つの問題が生じる。地域志向教育は果たして本当に「学士課程の一部」として位置付けられ、学士課程の一部として運用されているのか、学士課程の教育目的に対して成果を挙げているのだろうか、という疑問である。\n 以上のような課題意識を踏まえ、全学横断的地域志向教育プログラムの学士課程におけるポジショニングを確認するのが本稿の目的である。そのために「大学における全学的地域志向教育プログラムは学士課程にどのように位置付いているのか(あるいは位置付いていないのか)」という問いを立てて検証を行う。これを大学教育の一般論に還元するならば、「学部によらない教育」の学士課程における位置付けを問うものである。\n 検証方法は以下のとおりである。まず、分析対象大学において学士課程カリキュラムに全学横断的地域志向教育プログラムがどの程度位置付いているか(一体化しているか)を判断する基準を設定する。その基準とは当該プログラムにおける修得単位数の卒業要件への算入度合から見た「量的要件」と、そのプログラムの設計や教育目標の策定において当該大学のディプロマ・ポリシー(学位授与要件)がどの程度考慮されたのかという視点から捉えた「質的要件」である。次に、それらの要件がどの程度満たされているかを把握する。最後に、その把握された内容について考察を加え結論を得る。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"The relationship between universities and regions is important for both entities. It can be seen as a new role for universities to nurture regional human resources, to develop educational activities in cooperation with the region, and to contribute to the region as an organization or institution. This trend began more than 10 years ago, but the beginning of the national policy can be seen in the MEXT’s “Center of Community Project (COC)”(FY2013, 2014) and “Regional Development by Universities as COC project (COC+)” (FY2015).\n Simultaneously, university education, especially at the undergraduate level, have been developing\ncross-disciplinary (cross-faculty) educational programs. The reason for this is that the knowledge and skills required of the human resources (bachelor's degree) that universities should cultivate are diversifying, and conventional “undergraduate” education based on disciplines is not sufficient to meet the needs of society. As a result of such a situation, the Cross-Disciplinary Education Program have emerged.\n In line with the above trend,“ community-oriented education” is now being developed across the entire university system at many universities. These programs are a inheritance of the efforts and experiences of COC/COC+.\n However, one question arises here. Is community oriented education really positioned as “part of the bachelor's program,” is it being operated as part of the bachelor's program, and is it achieving results in terms of the educational objectives of the bachelor's program?\n Based on the awareness of the above issues, the purpose of this paper is to examine the positioning of the cross-disciplinary community-oriented education program in the bachelor's program. To this end, This Paper will examine the question, “How are the cross-disciplinary community-oriented education programs positioned (or not positioned) in the bachelor's program? To give back this to a general discussion of university education, the question is about the position of“ non-faculty education” in the bachelor's program.\n The verification method is as follows. First, criteria sets to determine the degree to which the cross-disciplinary community-oriented education program has a place in the bachelor's curriculum.\nThese criteria are “Quantitative Requirements” in terms of the degree to which the number of credits earned in the program counts toward graduation requirements, and “Qualitative Requirements” in terms of the degree to which the university's diploma policy is taken into consideration in designing the program and setting its educational goals. Next, the degree to which these requirements are being met is determined.
