The results were summarized in Table 1-3and Fig. 1. By these studies, following phenomena were observed. The blood of migratory fishes such as tunny bonito and mackerel contained more erythrocyte and its size was smaller than that of bottom fih, shark and flcsh・water Bsh, and consequently the surface of erythrocyte in the former was magnihed. Specihc gravity, hematocrit value, hemoglobin (Fe) content of blood and Fe content of muscle was greater in the active fish than that of inactive ones. It was thought that these properties showed the nature of fishes connected with their activity and the degree of evolution・ The labile oxydase reaction was found in the erythrocyte of Teleosiei and the stable oxydase reaction was not shown in the leucocyte of Elasmobranchii (shark). Generally the respiration elements in ash-blood was more primitive in its properties and form than that of human-blood, and the shark-blood had peculiarity in many respects.}, pages = {132--140}, title = {魚類血液の生化学的研究 - V : 魚類血液の呼吸要素に就て}, volume = {3}, year = {} }
