However, it is necessary to know the vapor volume fraction generany throughout the subcooled region for minute investigation of pressure drop and heat transfer along the flowing path of the convection. The author measured the vapor volume by means of analysis of the picture of boiling phenomenon with a high-speed camera, and obtained the correlation from its experimental results.
