In this reports, the Neumann functions of Laplacs's equation for the six cases of non-finite reglons are given in those three forms by separation of cordinate. For the cases of finite region, the Neumann function does not exist, then the potential due to one pair of positive and negative sources is expressed in the z, r and φ forms.
