This research considers its progress for community building. With the cooperation of the authorities concerned, the government supported rural community. The policy of industrial prosperity induced the result of rural community promotion. The focus of this research is a case study looking at seven points. Analysing the results, it can be seen that residents are satisfied with the implementation of the plans for community building. However there are many issues still to tackled including strengthening the establishment of a direct-sales system, the grasp of residents’ needs, cooperation with a broader-based plan, maintenance of an urban agricultural land, and governmental support service.
