(2011)1). The submarine fumaroles were checked visually, when ROV was sunk in the point where the reflective image was obtained by echo-sounder, so this approach is effective to search the submarine fumaroles. It found by attached temperature gauge of ROV that water temperature in an upwelling of a submarine fumarole indicates 27ºC which is 9ºC higher than the surrounding area. Forty five points of submarine fumaroles were searched by echo-sounder. It is found that thirty nine points of them were concentrated in the narrow area within 500m radius around location at 31°-11′.7N, 130°- 40′.4E (WGS).}, pages = {1--8}, title = {鹿児島湾口山川港沖における噴気孔の確認}, volume = {61}, year = {} }
