約3週間後に褐色を帯びた卵黄硬化卵が産卵されることを認めた.これらの飼料を正常飼料に変換すると約20日後に正常卵に復元することが認められた.異常卵黄と正常卵黄の脂質の分画や, それらの画分の脂肪酸組成および復元過程中の脂肪酸組成の変動を調べた.さらに異常および正常卵黄のタンパク質のアミノ酸組成および, これらの卵黄のエーテル抽出物のウズラの胚リパーゼ活性に対する作用を調べた.1.卵黄脂質を硅酸カラムクロマトグラフィーで分画したところ, トリアシルグリセロール画分(81~85%)が最も多く, つづいてケファリン画分, レシチンとスフィンゴミエリン画分であり, 異常卵黄と正常卵黄間には量的差異は認められなかった.2.卵黄のエーテル抽出脂質の沃素価は, 正常卵黄に比べ異常卵黄が小さく, 構成脂肪酸をみると異常卵黄はステアリン酸が著しく多く, オレイン酸が少ない.リノール酸はやや多かった.このステアリン酸とオレイン酸の顕著な増減はトリアシルグセロール画分についても認められた.さらに, 異常卵黄の脂質およびその分画画分が正常卵黄のものより飽和脂肪酸総量が著しく多く, 不飽和脂肪酸総量は少なかった.その増減率はトリアシルグリセロール画分が最も大である.3.硅酸カラムクロマトグラフィーにおけるトリアシルグリセロール溶出液を-20℃で保存するとき生成する不溶化析出物と溶存物質の脂肪酸組成は, 正常卵黄では差はないが, 異常卵黄ではパルミチン酸とステアリン酸が析出物に多く, オレイン酸とリノール酸は逆に少なかった.4.ニワトリ, ウズラともに異常卵黄から正常卵黄への復元過程における脂肪酸組成の変化をみると, 正常飼料給与後の短期間で飽和脂肪酸総量の減少と不飽和脂肪酸総量の増加が認められた.11日目には正常卵黄とほぼ同じレベルに到達した.5.異常卵黄凍結乾燥粉末のエーテル抽出物はMillian反応, Halphen反応ともに陽性であった.6.脱脂卵黄タンパク質のアミノ酸組成をみると, ニワトリ, ウズラともに異常卵のリジンとチロシン含量が正常卵より少なく, 逆にバリン含量は多かった.7.ウズラの受精卵胚部からのリパーゼ粗抽出液の酵素活性は異常卵黄エーテル抽出物の添加により阻害された.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"フクナガ,
