If accurate damage is forecasted, its prompt restoration would be possible, and harmful effects may be suppressed to minimum. Moreover, if damage places are specified by using a server-type RTK-GPS, efficient of restoration would be more improved. Damage forecast of electric power systems in the Kagoshima mainland is considered in this paper.
