A questionnaire was answered by students at a university in southern Kyushu, Japan during November and December 2005. Some of our findings are: 1. For male students, the level of dependency on their peers, the level of inferiority about their appearance, motivation, whether they had completed SPI study aids, and their physical strength all affected their success in job hunting to a sufficient significance level. Whether their parents' weddings were arranged also negatively affected it to a lesser extent. 2. For female students, their height, weight and empathy affected their success to a sufficient significance level. Whether they had been in a personal relationship, motivation, withdrawnness, and the level of dependency on their peers also affected success to a lesser extent. 3. These variables have never been empirically verified. However, we were able to obtain a comparatively strong explanation power (R-square=.644) by making these variables the independent variables.}, pages = {109--125}, title = {現代学生「就活」成否に関する実証的研究 : 女は「情け」と「スマートさ」,男は「筋肉」と「SPI」で,決まる?!}, volume = {4}, year = {} }
