The peculiarity of the culture of Yoron grew up under the times as \"Borderland\" which various influence interchanges. However, a steamship appears and was enlarged in the second half of the 19th centuty. The status of Yoron as a small port on the marine network fell after the modernization when harbors also become large-sized. The rise and fall of the marine network have a very sharp change. Process in which Yoron loses existence value under modern district government organization, and is set as the object of the promotion measure from a country is similar with the cases of other ports as Pattani and Phuket in Malay Peninsula. The posture of the development after modernization ( including sightseeing development) should be advanced from the historical and geographical view in a larger meaning.
